Good communication and great job cleaning.

The tech was very quick and very good. He did a great job on the carpet and then gave us a good estimate on cleaning the kitchen and breakfast room tile and grout. He did a great job on that too.

Initial quote was off by 100% (quoted $50/club chair. Technician said $100/chair). When I balked, he quoted 2 for $150. In addition, there was a $25 “service fee“ which had not been included in my original assessment.
The hint of “bait and switch“ not to mention bartering for a price, turned me off this business. The technician did a very nice job cleaning our couch and chaise lounge.

He took his time explaining everything that’s he was doing and answered all of my questions.

Quick and easy

Great Job, at a reasonable price.

I was hoping the extra money spent on the odor remover would last longer than a week. It worked great for the living room and the couch but after a week, it all came back. Every other room that did not get the odor remover is still smelling great and feels clean. I don't know how y'all can fix that, but I would not recommend that people pay the extra on that and simply get a standard service.

Your technician, Joshua, was timely, very professional and did an amazing job on our carpet. He explained every step in the process. We had some challenging stains, but Joshua made our carpets look like new! We plan to call on Joshua and Zerorez for future service for sure!

Your scheduler was courteous and helpful. The service technition was prompt, kept us up to date with his progress, and thorough with our requested areas of concern.

Tech said he couldn’t get it out.

My wife tackled it with a cleaning product named Folex. It took her a moment to remove it.

Kaz did an AMAZING JOB!!! He was super nice, super helpful, even offered to do more work on areas we didn’t even originally consider. Very exceptional cross-selling! My mom and stepdad finally got their tile flooring and the tile along the walls cleaned. The room had a clean scent to it. We didn’t even realize it smelled fresher and cleaner than the end result. The bathroom looks great! My furniture looks and smells SO clean! Love the carpet as always! Thank you so much, Kaz! We want Kaz as our tech again HANDS DOWN!
