Gabe was very professional and know his way around with his equipment and knowledge of cleaning and made our house look very nice and it smells great. his personality was genuine and easy to talk to and very knowledgeable.
We have been a client with Zerorez for over 10 years. Every tech that has ever come over has walked us through the entire process each time. Explaining the stain removal, length of entire carpet cleaning, price and dry time. They have all been polite and professional as well. I will never use another company. We love zerorez!!
I thought it was quite costly. Service fee? I could see a service fee if you came out and didn’t do anything. Shouldn’t the service fee be what you charged to do the service you actually did. Why is it an additional charge?
Odor treatment & rug cleaning was very costly for an add on since you are already here.
Disappointed that a small water closet or small pantry isn’t included in the bathroom or kitchen. Some of these small things would go a long way.

I was impressed with the prompt service. They were here the next day. They cleaned our dryer vent. At first I was a little apprehensive about the price until I was aware of what all it entailed. Kendal was absolutely amazing. He explained everything as he went. We were shocked to see how much dust came out of the dryer vent.
We highly recommend them. You will not be disappointed.

Your service reps are very well trained, polite, and always accommodating. The product itself leaves no residue and seems to clean better than other products. The fact that you clean tile is great.. I had my car seats cleaned and they look brand new…
The service tech,Kendall, was outstanding! When he called 30 minutes prior to arrival, I was pleasantly surprised by his energy and enthusiasm! When he arrived, I was greeted with a genuine smile and great attitude!! He explained everything he was going to do and answered all my questions. He was very thorough and did an excellent job!

Excellent customer service. Service provider (Gabe I think) was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, proficient, and kind. He had excellent customer service skills and even highlighted the other services ZeroRez offers. Overall great experience. I’ve already recommended him and Zero Rez to multiple neighbors.
Everything about it was smooth, as promised, and great customer service!! All around a great experience and great turn out!!
Several good points about Zeorez:
1. We were given an accurate quote over the phone, and scheduling was easy.
2. We received follow-up to remind us of our appointment and how to prepare for the tech's arrival.
3. Our tech, Colton Bassett, called us when he was en route, arrived on time, and answered all of our questions before he began work. We enjoyed meeting him--very personable!
4. Colton worked incredibly fast and efficiently. We were impressed that he cleaned our carpets, tile in our kitchen and entryway, and walk-in shower by himself, in less time than we had anticipated.
5. The results of our Zerorez service are amazing. Our dirty tile and stained grout are sparkling clean; our carpets seem to be a different color now that they have been cleaned. We brought our next door neighbors in to see the difference, and they asked for Zerorez's number. We anticipate you will get at least a few new clients from our neighborhood.
In short, we are extremely pleased with the service and the results we received from Zerorez. We will definitely call again and will ask for Colton!
