Hello. My carpet was cleaned Wednesday morning. I had some spots and I know if it was pretreated the spots, it would have come out. The carpet looks cleaner than it was but I still see the spots.
I had to reschedule and they were very accommodating. Dalton was very professional and knowledgeable. He called before arriving and was ahead of schedule. He happily moved the work truck to allow my husband space when he returned from an errand. Dalton also informed me of their other services without being pushy.
The carpets look great!
Punctual found the issue with the dryer vent and handled it quickly.

We had excellent cleaning services from Kendall and Ryan. They were cheerful, courteous, knowledgeable and able to work around other maintenance activities in our home while they were here. Would absolutely recommend Zerorez to family and friends. Will call on zerorez again in the future to take care of the rugs and carpets in our home.

Recently had an upholstered sofa cleaned and protected. My service tech was Trey and he was extremely professional and informative.
I had my tile and grout cleaned by Zeroez. It went from looking dirty and dindgy to looking like a brand new floor! I was very impressed with the quality of work done by the technician!
