What our clients think of us!

Both Ammon and Andrew were superb! Very professional, with attention to detail. I would recommend their services without reservation.

Carpets are clean and smell great. Cleaners were AWESOME- very friendly and knowledgeable.

Kendall, our technician , was so kind, helpful and worked hard to get our stains out! Would recommend and use the business again

The technician was very nice and respectful. My carpets were good but was disappointed with the area rug cleaning he did not have enough training to check my rug to see if it Would withstand Cleaning under the technique that was being used. One whole corner of the area rug was dissolved at the base down to the weave of my rug. That portion of the rug was exposed to sunlight , so I’m sure that had a something to do with it. But he should have known that . And tested the possibility of something happening. My rug is ruined . It was old but I’m still disappointed in the lack of training. So I really can’t even blame the young man. He tried his best

On time and great work!

I have learned to use Zerorez exclusively:) They do the absolute best job

I would recommend the service with tech Kendall Schroeder . A lot better than the last couple times we had our cleaning by Zoetorez .

The representative Cory was prompt, kind, and professional. He arrived on time ensuring to call beforehand. Made sure to take special care to share the details of the process. Unlike other carpet cleaning services I’ve used, the price they quoted was the price I paid. Cannot recommend enough!

Only thing I’d like to see different is a way to clean closer to the corners in rooms with tile

Professional service and friendly staff

On time & expertly cleaned my carpets.

The technician was very professional and helpful. He wanted to make sure that he got every spot removed and that he answered any questions before he left.

Felipe was fantastic. I will request him again. Carpets look brand new.

Our service technician was professional and friendly. He shared information regarding the process and answered any questions I had. I am happy with the results of the cleaning.

Although we were not pleased with our first experience, Zerorez mitigated the initial service by returning, to properly perform a thorough cleaning. Thank you for the extra time and effort to ensure the service preformed was satisfactory.

Staff very friendly and helpful.
Good work with all cleaning.
Variety of items cleaned.

Carpet was clean and dried overnight instead of days

Customer service is stellar!

The pricing was great and the service was done in a timely manner. My carpets look fantastic!

Always does a great job

This was an excellent experience. I booked the appointment online. I received a text reminder and was able to confirm. Tech called before coming. When he arrived he stood back from the door. He wore a mask and shoe covers. He went right to work. When he was complete he let me check out his work before presenting the invoice.
I will definitely use zerorez again and will refer to all.
