Very friendly and efficient service.
ZeroRez gets my carpet & upholstery cleaner, does a better job removing stains & your process seems to last longer before it needs to be redone than any other company we have used. We love dogs & kids so we appreciate your company because spills & such do happen in our home.

Excellent service and great job
Would highly, highly and highly recommend providing your employees with a cordless vacuum w/attachments. Especially due to the amount of debris that is generated from blowing out the vents, etc. Some of the spaces are a pain to get to with the broom and corded vacuum. Plus we live in a house with zero electrical outlets, people that owned this home before us were probably Amish... Having to use the extension cords got me tripping because I don't look down when I walk. We have great homeowners insurance though and there's a life alert fob somewhere around here so that was okay.
We noticed zerorez does not remove the vents from the ceiling and clean them. The company we hired prior did that, but noticed a ton of dust in our home several weeks after the job was performed which is why we went with zerorez this time. Dryer cleanout was not included either.
Pros:
I received a phone call prior to the fellas arriving. I was unable to answer so they left a voicemail and showed up pretty close to the estimated time, within the time window of 12-4. The guys that showed up were very professional and accommodating especially since my wife and I both had conference calls scheduled during the cleaning. The sales pitch was a bit much though, but I get it... and I went with 1/3 things offered so it wasn't for nothing.
The 7 is not a total reflection of the guys that came and did the job. I'm just basing this compared to other companies we have used in the past.
The professionalism
Great service and carpets got very clean!
I assumed that the rug cleaning service with the added Pet Biological treatment would remove the smell on my area rug. This was the major reason for the visit. But the smell was no different. After it dried I put my nose to the rug and was shocked that it smelled just as strong as it did prior to the cleaning. The gentleman who did the service even stated that it might not fully remove it, but I thought it would be at least better or what is the point of an added cost to to have the pet treatment. Well I was very disappointed that it pretty much made no difference. I would not recommend someone added the cost for this special treatment to their soft surfaces. After the area rug dried, I sprayed a pet cleaner on it and wiped the "pet urine" area with several paper towels and they were all yellow, so the cleaning didn't even suck up and remove the urine which surprised me as well. I tried rubbing a clean damp paper towel over an area that was not peed on by my dog to see if it would also turn the towel yellow, and it did not. It rubbed clean. I am always happy with the carpet cleaning from the standpoint of the carpet looking fresher and cleaner, but I absolutely will not do the added spot treatment again.....waist of money. I also won't pay for my rug to taken to the warehouse to be washed, because the cost is more than my rug. I now plan to just buy a Bissel Pet Cleaning machine to remove the area, but wish that I would have just done that with my $ to begin with instead of wasting it on this treatment and cleaning. The service guy was extremely nice, so I don't blame him, especially since he mentioned that it might not get rid of all the smell, but again...I thought it would remove the yellow and not smell as bad.

Service was excellent, very professional and job was done on time. Amazing result, our carpet has a lot of spots caused by dripping car parts and dirt from boxes and shoes of a lot of customers and now spots are gone. Carpet smells really good now.
