Carpet is always so clean. Tech Kendall was very knowledgeable and helpful. He worked promptly and did not spend anytime on his cell phone like the last tech that came to my house.

By not upping the cost so much at the appointment time. Seniors live on a budget and when a quote of $286.00 is given, you do not up it to $786.00 when arrive to do the job
Also it would be nice if there were a senior discount.

You show up on time and do a great job. The technician walks the jobs with me first and goes over any requests. The carpet drys a lot fast than other companies I have used. Zach was a great guy and got out out some serious problem stains.

The technician set realistic expectations. After the grout cleaning it seemed some were not. He hand updates some and kept asking if I was satisfied. He wanted to make sure the customer had a good experience. I was uhh that day but next day the grout dried and it was lighter. I was pleasantly surprised

Transparency - My issue was the cigarette smell in a townhome I'm renting. The technician explained the difficulty in dealing with Nicotine, but what would be reasonable to expect.

Whenever I have carpets or area rugs cleaned, everyone from the reservation team to the technicians are always so professional! The technicians do a wonderful job addressing the issues and get the items cleaned. I can always count on excellent service! Will continue to be my “go to” for carpet and area rug cleaning needs.
