Technician was super friendly and explained everything he was going to do. Couch and chair look great, ottoman still dirty at the bottom.
He was very courteous and professional he showed up on time he called before to make sure that we were ready for him and gave us a 15 minute heads up that he was coming he did an amazing job our carpets were brought back to brand new we really appreciate it all that he did we will definitely recommend him to a friend or associate and we will definitely use zerorez again

The young men did an excellent job cleaning my air ducts and dryer vent, the entire process and clean up, as well. The day before another young man cleaned my carpet and sofa. He, also, did an excellent job. All of them were very knowledgeable, polite, clean and respectful. The air duct cleaning process is awesome.

Dale did an excellent job explaining all the services and options.There was no pressure to purchase upgrades. But he did go over all my options . He was super friendly and my carpet looks like the day we moved in. We will definitely have him out again soon to clean and seal our tile!
