The two guys that came were very personable and knowledgeable. They worked with us and all the boxes still in our garage. They did a great job at their job. Would and have recommended!

We have been customers of Zerorez for years with the same order each time; a large room and 4 area rugs. Andrew did a good jon and explained all the other servives he could provide while he was there and he'd get a percent of the profit. We have a small 2 x 3 faux oriental wecome mat from Home Depot just inside the front door. Each previous tech either volunteerd to clean it or agreed to when asked. On Friday I asked Andrew to clean it. He told me it would cost $6 and he'd get a percent since it wasn't on the order and he'd have to add it... If he didn't add it to the order and did clean it he would get fired. I declined to pay $6 to clean a mat that would take less than 30 seconds. I explained to Andrew that I always tipped the techs $20, but he had just lost his tip due to Zerorez's policy. It seems to me that a tech should be given some leeway in decision making to provide good customer relations especially a customer who has a track record with your company.
When we need the carpets cleaned again I will call Stanley Steamer and other providers.

The two guys they sent out did a very good job very professional very polite the carpet was very dirty when they left it was clean to a point where you could actually see him change colors as they were cleaning it
