The technician (Rod) was pleasant and informative without being pushy. He was considerate how he parked so as not to burn our grass with the exhaust. He explained everything (it was our first Zerorez experience) and did a great job. We're very pleased with the carpet and kitchen tile. We'll definitely use them again.
Although the slipcovers on my sofa are removable, I decided to have my sofa professionally cleaned because I wanted the body of the sofa and arms cleaned as well. The areas on the cushions that showed dirt were the piping and where heads typically rest. Those two areas still showed dirt after the ZeroRez cleaning. My cushions are covered in Sunbrella fabric so I removed the slipcovers, sprayed them with Folex, and threw them in my washing and dryer. They came out perfect. If I could attach photos, I would. I wasted $150. ZeroRez had come to me highly recommended. Next time I will do it all myself and go out to dinner with the savings.

Your technician was not able to get our two spots out, and actually bleached the rug fibers to a much lighter color when trying to do so. He said that the rest of the rug was "just dirty," and that is why the area he treated is lighter. The rug is almost brand new and is not dirty. Will never use your services again. Sending rug out to Heirloom rug cleaners on Monday in hopes they can get the two spots out and attempt to recolor the areas that have been discolored.

My technician was very professional in his manner, thorough in his job, and knowledgeable in carpet care! He didn't even let me help move furniture!
We recently had Zerorez clean and seal all of the ceramic tile in our home. They also cleaned both of our showers, as well as upholstery on 4 dining room chairs. We also had them clean all of the carpet in our home on a separate visit. Everything came out sanitized, and they delivered as promised. Our home is brand new, and the service they provided was more maintenance, than anything else. I am not entirely sure what their rating would be for an older home with lots of traffic or a home with children in it. With that being said, all in all, I feel confident that everything was 100% clean and sanitized.

wish you had smaller equipment (like on the end of a vacuum) to get in smaller spaces and would fit to clean under beds.
