The Zerorez Technician, Loren Baez did an excellent job of cleaning the carpets in the 3 bedrooms. It did not take the carpets long to dry. I will definitely recommend Zerorez to friends & family.

Scheduling our appointment was quick, easy, and sooner than I had anticipated. I was happy you could come the next day. The technician was friendly, knowledgeable, and took time to inform us of our service and make sure all of our needs and requirements were met. He was efficient and quick. I will be using Zerorez again.

Showed up on time. Addressed all of my concerns. Informed me what would happen If the pets walked across the carpet and floors. Wore the booties and mask. Very through in explanation.
Cleaners should not continue to try to sell additional products once they are told the customer is not interested..

The general cleaning was OK, but i still have trails in the traffic areas. The tech, Kevin explained why he could not get them out.
