Great customer service.
Professional and courteous employees from scheduling to the service technician. On time, job completed in a timely manner and employee was knowledgeable with products and explained process. I had my area rug and sofa's cleaned. It smelled and looked clean. I will use them again!

Zerorez does an outstanding job. They arrive when they say they will. They take all the time needed to complete the job with excellence. Their process leaves no residue in the carpet. Carpet stains were removed. Tile grout was brightened. I feel like the entire house was sanitized.

I just dont see a big difference in one of my bathrooms or my headboard. The technician was timely and professional but my grout and upholstery did not come very clean.

The tech was amazing. Very friendly and explained everything to me. The stairs turned out better than I could have expected and did the tile floors in the kitchen and bathroom.

Dale was out technician and he was great. He arrived on time and masked, explained the process, gave us our quote and got started on the job. He did not try to upsell us and was honest about what could be done. The results are great and we would love to be able to request him again in the future for carpe or tile cleaning
We like the "no detergent" part of Zerorez. The person that came to do the work, was conscious about not getting our place dirty and made sure we both understood what needed to be done.
