We have had zerorez in our home multiple times for carpet cleaning and have been extremely pleased each time. Recently they cleaned our vents and we were again pleased with their staff and the job that was done.
Henry did a great job, a thorough and carefull worker. Carpets look great.
1. Your technician showed up without a mask, and didn’t even have one in his truck.
WE had to give him one. That is totally disrespectful.
2. The attempt to upswell us with an cost estimate that was $711 vs the $195 to clean the rugs in-house was insulting.
