Quality of work and professional staff

They were friendly, professional and they communicated well. They advised me in a way that didn’t make me feel like they were talking down to me or taking advantage of me. They provided me with a knowledge I didn’t have of the detail of their work and I was very pleased with them. I have already spoken to several people a out how pleased I was with the service I received. I noticed a different that same evening with the temperature of our house. Money well spent.

I just do t feel like Zerorez does a great job cleaning carpets/rugs.
There is a traffic area on the corner of one of my rugs that is not clean. Does not look like it has been cleaned at all. Seems like you are all into up selling instead of cleaning.
It wasn’t like this when I initially started using your company.

Could you please send some out back out to re clean the corner of my rug.

Zerorez always has the best customer service. Every tech I’ve encountered has been friendly and gives great suggestions for what my home needs. The service performed by the techs has always been outstanding and I’m always amazed at how great the cleaning is. When I moved out of my last apartment, the manager asked who I used for the carpet cleaning because it was so well done.
