Your technician, Dante, was extremally polite and professional. He did a great job cleaning our carpets. He was always conscience of our furniture and walls while he moved Thru our home during the process.

The Zerorez technician, Ramiro Jaenz, did an OUTSTANDING job cleaning all of the tile flooring in our condo. Ramiro was very conscientious and personable, and now our floors sparkle!

The tech who came over seemed to have higher expectations than me. He measured my carpet and informed me that I over stated the size so it was cheaper. He noticed a minor flaw that I could barely see and that was only because he could see it. Polite, professional and personable.

I like the ease of arranging an appointment. … the way you send reminders… send the invoice……the fact that no soap is used… the protectant covering for the carpet and the furniture… really works and is helpful. I have liked every Technician who has come to do the work. They have always been helpful …knowledgeable …careful with not only the carpet but with the furniture etc as well. Johnathan was my last technician. He was great …I enjoyed chat with him. He did a fabulous job on our carpet. I have been using Zerorez for several years. Will continue to use them as long as they continue to provide such great service and customer service.
