Zerorez was amazing! Their tech that came out was informative and professional!!! We had them clean our floors and our sectional. We will be having them come out and clean our a/c ducts.
Your people are wonderful! From the lady who answered the phone to the 2 young men who came to pick up our rugs.

My loveseat looks dingy even after the technician cleaned it. I washed the cushion covers in Oxi clean and air dried them. They look clean and smell good. The technician lightly sprayed the fabric but it didn’t make any difference in brightening the fabric. I will have to clean it myself.
I am a repeat customer for grout cleaning on floor tile throughout house. The results always excellent. The staff is friendly, good workers, good customer service. Will use Zerorez again next time.

Technician was prompt, courteous and actually was able to clean some heavy staining that I wasn't expecting that he would be able to do too much with. We discussed using pet odor neutralizer and decided on only one of the rooms, and it was a big help. Carpet looks like it did the week it was installed and we are delighted. Will use again next time.
