Excellent technician and service!
Matthew was outstanding. He gave me an estimate and stuck to it. He told me the options but didn't press me. He explained what problem areas most likely could not be fixed and what could. He could not have been more accommodating. Matthew and Zerorez were recommended to me by a neighbor. I will recommend them to others.
Henry was so amazing! Friendly, quick, informative and thorough. Would highly recommend him and the company. We continue to use Zerorez over and over again because they always exceed my expectations. My carpets and rugs are looking brand new!
