Very professional and Jonathan got the trouble spots off and was in and out quickly. Very happy with my carpet. Those spots really bothered me and now they are gone!

He was only here from loading the van until unloading for 40 minutes. Carpets were dry in spots and not really any difference. Not what I expected from past experience with my rental units and would not use them again
