Services were good!
We had our tile floors cleaned by Henry and he was incredibly nice and professional, and our floors look like they are brand new! We absolutely love Zerorez and have already recommended them to friends and family!

I can’t imagine the tile and grout being any cleaner to be honest. What a difference!!!! Wood floors look great as well it’s just that the tile really shows the change. Wow!!!

The professional approach that my technician head and the kindness that he demonstrated working with an older person was very much appreciated. I could not have been more satisfied with the results of my carpet cleaning. He is coming back tomorrow to work on a couple of stains on my white sofa. Probably nothing can be done or it would turn yellow I’m so glad that he realize that and called his manager to ask a couple of questions. Our tech was on time, courteous and thorough. He explained the cleaning and sealing process, and asked what areas of our floors were most concerning to us. When our floors were completed, our tech walked around our house to make certain that we were pleased with the final product. We are very happy with the results. We were also very impressed with the Zerorez process; using protective guards on the corners of the walls, using a disposal mat to clean shoes when moving between room. And, very important to us - no chemicals - the Zerorez products are not chemical based!! Zerorez has definitely earned our future business!
