The technician did not clean up the floor as he indicated he would and there was SO MUCH soapy residue left all over my floor. I had to mop twice to get it all up and I'm still seeing places missed. Also the edges on the arms of the couch are still dirty as well as the skirt.

We had a wonderful experience! The only thing I regret is that I didn’t call sooner! My floors look fabulous! Even my guest bathroom with its original to the house 36 year old tile has new life! Logan is a lifesaver! I have used Zerorez on many occasions and the quality of service along with Logan’s commitment to ensuring a great experience is the selling point for me. The last service included a difficult wood floor issue. Logan made 1 phone call and had a piece of equipment delivered to take care of the issue. In the future I will always use Zerorez and hopefully be able to get Logan as my tech.

Our tech was great. We enjoyed having him at our home to clean our carpets and tile.
We are routinely impressed with the level of courtesy, professionalism, and work ethic of the people employed by Zerorez. We have used them in the past for carpet and rug cleaning, however, we just used them to clean our air ducts and dryer vent. We could not have been happier with not only the results but the way in which the work was performed and how we were treated. We will not hesitate to bring Zerorez into our home for future work and cannot recommend them highly enough.

When I discovered Zerorez several years ago, they quickly became my go-to for my carpet and tile cleaning needs. They are fairly priced and never try to upsale or pressure me. The technicians are knowledgeable, caring, and professional. They even noted that we have birds and don't use fans to make sure the birds are comfortable (without me ever asking). In addition, their cleaning products are animal-friendly. No one in our little zoo (not even the sensitive lizards) has ever reacted to a single cleaning. I highly recommend Zerorez if you're looking for top quality, great value, and a stress-free experience.
