They always do a great job
Now that I have time to respond, the tech that came to my house was very friendly and helpful. The service that he did was a rush job, my hallway is not large/big at all. There are stains in the carpet in the hallway that I might have to get out myself. Would I recommend the company or use the company again, I would say no.

Three rooms plus 8x11 rug were cleaned looked better than when they were new.
Cory arrived on time, explained what and how he was going to do the cleaning. He kept me and my wife in the ‘loop’ as each procedure was done he made suggestions and as a result we added some protective scotch guard like coating. The cost for all was very reasonable even for the added procedures. At completion he used fans moved to each room to aid in drying and suggested I turn on the house fans. We were out back together in about an hour and a half. He did the final billing and paper work. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I should also add the truck he used was super clean outside and in, seemed new gave me confidence, clean truck good for rug cleaning. So many service trucks we see these days are beat up and no care to keep them looking good.
On a final note we are going to get you back here todo our tile floors and Cory made suggestions.
The person on the phone when we made our original appointment was SUPER, very professional, very knowledgeable and helpful.
All around great experience. We will be using you all again and recommending to others.
