Everyone I spoke with was very courteous and knowledgeable. I like the speed of service that I received and the quality of the work was top notch. Cody was on-time, friendly, and did a great job in cleaning the carpet. The fact that it was a 3rd floor walk-up didn’t deter him at all. He got right to work and finished in a timely manner. I would certainly use and recommend your company again.

nothing. my 2 throw rugs were not put back where they were. i noticed when he was cleaning a carpet part of it came off its tacks. i never had that happen. and he did not tell me that that happened. i happen to see it happen. on my carpets it looks like sediment???? was left on the carpet in some areas.

Thought the before and after pics we took would show a significant difference. The sofa smells better but only looks slightly better. The rep was very nice and booking process was smooth.

The person that came by the house was super nice 10/10. The issue is that I have had my carpets cleaned in the past. Through your company, other companies, and by myself. This cleaning left the carpets the wettest I have ever experienced, especially the stairs. It was like walking on soaked sponges. I did not worry at the time, but for some reason two of the rooms (that pets have never been in or have had odors in the past have since had an odor. I don’t even know how to explain the odor. It is not horrible, but certainly not pleasant. One of them is my youngest sons room and it was pleasant smelling prior to the treatment.

I was able to get a quote over the phone to clean my rugs and even better they were able to come the next day. Professional staff on the phone and the attendant that cleaned my rugs.
