We bought a few additional sectional pieces from a friend that didn’t smell great so we decided to have our couch cleaned. The gentleman that came and cleaned the couch were so nice & friendly. They chattered to each other throughout the cleaning & also included me in some of the conversation as I was cleaning my kitchen. I would highly recommend and will definitely use them again should I need anymore upholstery cleaning services!
We have used Zerorez 4 x and had Russel 3 of them. Russel is the best! We have requested him and he never disappoints! He is knowledgeable, works hard and never tries to perform services that are not necessary. We not only trust Zerorez, but also Russel. Zerorez is also very reasonable and the customer service reps who take my orders always look for deals and best prices for all my service needs. We will definitely use Zerorez again and again for all the services they provide.

They were here when they said, they did a great job, explained the process and both employees were very courteous and a pleasure to talk to would welcome them back anytime; this is the third time we have used Zerorez and advise you to give them a try.
Everything was fine. Thought bedroom (carpet one area) could have gotten a little cleaner.
But he said no. So it was better than before… so I was fine.

I like the professional way everything is handled, from the scheduling of appointment to the completeness of the carpet cleaning. The technician listened, gave us all the info we needed, did a good job cleaning, and was willing to work with us on a few things. The only thing we were disappointed in was the technician was out of a supply of the booties. Our carpet seems to take longer to dry, so the booties are very helpful. Thanks for a job well done!
Good communication, wish more discounts or promotions were offered and discussed. EXTREMELY pleased with outcome. Have used ZeroRez several times and will continue to do so because of the quality of their work!!
Had office floors cleaned. The circular machine did a great job but the edges around the walls and corners are NOT touched. Technician needs to do that manually which must not be part of the service. Not impressed.

Your employee was courteous. But I’ve had better experiences with Zerorez in the past. This wasn’t bad but I had better. He did not use plastic protectors on the baseboard corners. He had to be reminded to move an empty waste paper basket and empty kitchen trash can to clean the floor underneath. He missed a few spots and he cleaned the missed areas without issue. He was wanting to clean around a couch and loveseat stating that you don’t normally move the furniture because it causes rust. But I had plastic carpet sliders so he assisted me in moving them. He just struck me as lacking attention to detail or maybe a bit lazy. He pulled on the hoses around corners and couch roughly and I reminded him about taking it easy around the baseboards. His tile cleaning in my kitchen left a film that I had to go back and clean each tile. He did get out stains in carpet and grout. I’ve used Zerorez for many years. Your company is the only one I’ve used to clean my floors since it was built 19 years ago. He wasn’t bad, and he was polite. I’ve had better employees come out though. One last thing, I made a 2-5pm appointment to give my wife time to get ready for work and be gone by the time he got here. The day before service I was asked if he could come at 1pm which my wife had to prepare earlier for work but had no issue with that. But the day of service I was called around 11:30 to see if I could be ready for a noon show up. While early is always better than late, my wife had to prepare very quickly for work and leave earlier to be out of the house. It was inconvenient for her. Thanks for reading my input.
