I like the fact that they answer the phone when you call. They get you on the schedule quickly. They text you confirmation. They call you when they are on the way. They show up on time. They hire very friendly, competent, hardworking and knowledgeable employees. I have had my kitchen tile cleaned twice by two different employees and was very pleased with the services they provided. They both did a very thorough job.

I have had zero Rez cleaning my carpets for a few years now. They are friendly and helpful and I’m always thoroughly satisfied with the service. Today Thomas was my service agent. He called ahead to let me know of his arrival. Upon arrival we went through to see what my concerns were. He thoughtfully listened And then gave me options to resolve my issues! Thomas was educated, courteous and a joy to have in my home! As a business owner myself Thomas is exactly who I would want representing my company!
