I opted for the tile and grout cleaning after discussing with my tech. He was very informative and excited to show me how much of a difference he could make cleaning the tile and grout that I gave it a try. I'm really shocked how clean the grout turned out. My tech did a great job on the carpets, tile and grout.

I had heard about Zerorez on the radio so I wanted to try them. I was disappointed with the last carpet cleaner because of the soap residue left on the carpet. Which attracts new dirt. I made the appointment and their tech Eric showed up on time. After explaining the finer points of stain removal he got to work, taking time to go over the carpets in a through manner so no spots were missed. After the carpet dried it was so nice not to feel soap residue. So a job well done. Very pleased with their professionalism and prompt service. Would highly recommend Zerorez for all your carpet cleaning needs. Cal. in Jacksonville.

I appreciated the care he took making sure I didn’t slip by placing a rag on the floor where it went from rug surface to tile. His overall cleaning of the rug surface was done thoroughly I liked that especially since I vacuumed the carpet 3 times to get it ready
