I have brand new carpets thanks to Zerorez an Teddy who to the time and patience and had attention to detail.
Scheduling was very easy and follow up to appointment was time appropriate. The technicians that came out were super informative and very personable to deal with. Our carpet looks amazing and we will definitely be recommending to our friends.
I was so impressed with the young man Jake Pondexter that you sent to my home. I am already
a faithful customer of Zerorez and have liked every technician BUT this young man was really promoting all of your services. I am a 40-year salesperson, and it is an art to sell and not offend
your customer. I added my stairs and a bedroom and an additional rug while he was here and I was so pleased with how hard he worked to provide discounts that I told my nephew same day and he went and cleaned his carpets same day. I shared his information with several neighbors as well. He had a delightful young man with him who was in training and did a beautiful job on all my rugs. Thanks for providing such good training and always treating me fairly.
The actual/real cost is much bigger than the original estimate, which make the
estimate pretty useless and delusional. I hope the original estimate is much
more closer to final real cost.
the quality of the cleaning is just ok, not supreme, I have used carpet cleaning
company that can really clean off dark areas and make it like new. Your company
came back twice (which is nice) but still the result is not that satisfactory,given
I spent almost $300 for it.
We have used you twice, and both times were super easy. From scheduling to payment the entire process was smooth. The gentleman who came to do the service this time was very professional, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Our carpet, rug, and couch look great! Both technicians were great. We liked that you guaranteed your services and while we weren't quite satisfied with the odor elimination, you send a second technician to take care of it.

Your technician was vary helpful and it’s probably the process of having my rug washed versus top cleaned and help me make a decision to have it washed instead. This is all I have to say for now until I get my product back from being clean.
