It was easy to schedule an appointment around my schedule. I was fortunate in that the appointment ahead of me wasn't home so my appointment was able to be moved up. Cody was my associate who cleaned the carpets and he was very friendly, courteous and professional. He also discussed some of the other services Zerorez has to offer.

Having used competitors service in the past for tile and grout cleaning, o had serious misgivings about the cleaning of my carpets.

In desperation, at this point I cannot afford new carpets, I called Zerorez, Barry came out to clean out carpets and our sons mattress, before he did, he had his own reservations about the outcome and did a good job to manage our expectation.

Zerorez does an amazing job on carpet cleaning and grout cleaning and sealing. My tile in my kitchen takes quite a beating, but when it’s been cleaned by Zerorez, it looks brand new! Definitely worth it.

The gentleman who cleaned my carpets and chairs explained everything that would happen in detail. He told me that cost of the extra items I decided to have cleaned. He spent a long time cleaning stains that had not been removed in the past. He made sure that I reviewed what he had done before he left. He even showed me before and after pictures of my chairs. I am exceptionally satisfied with his service.
