Most of the time carpet stains come out. Branson was awesome
Jake Poindexter was on time. He was super friendly and very knowledgeable about Zerorez and their products. He took care to buffer corners and cleaned his tracks afterwards. He was pleasant to be around.
I have used zerorez multiple times over the past 5-7 years. This technician made mw feel uncomfortable and the carpet is not up to zerorez standards. In the master you can see strips that were missed, the stairs do not look much different and the upstairs hallway where i paid to have a pet treatment had to be cleaned my me before my family arrived for Thanksgiving.
Morgan was kind, quick service, he touched up spots that I asked for during my final walkthrough, and removed the pet stains and smell. Could not have asked for more. Thanks!

Everything came out very good,the only thing this time the service man was very friendly an did the best with my carpets. The only thing I stayed in all day my time was 11-2 with a few calls back an forth they got someone to come around 330, that did upset me because if I known I could had done something with my early day😢
