Josh M was the technician. He notified me when he was enroute, arrived on time, informed me about every step and worked diligently to remove trouble spots in my carpet. He was very positive, professional, courteous and did amazing work! I really appreciate Josh’s hard work and dedication to a job well done.

Rapid dry - deep clean - no strong chemical smell - other services available ( hard floor cleaning, walk-in shower cleaning, mattress cleaning) - staff very knowledgeable, pleasant, efficient.
The service tech, Jake, was top notch and very professional.
I wish they would have gone over spots a couple of more times. I think I was last appt. and they probably just wanted to go home! I will only be a morning (1st appt.) of day from now on!
