The technician, Jaylen Kelly, was very courteous and careful with our furnishings. He did a very good job throughout the cleaning process and worked hard to remove some of the difficult spots that I pointed out. Let's start with the immaculate truck and its equipment. The personnel were friendly, competent, and very efficient. They cleaned up after completion and left the premises better than when they started. The pictures of the insides of the ducts, before and after were a testament to the quality of their work. The price was quite reasonable and expect to be immensely pleased as the dust levels in my home are minimal.
Tech was on time and very knowledgable. Carpet and sofa look like new.
Pre-call for eta.. professional dry cleaning and Jake was fast and thorough.

Service was excellent, ut a little pricey. Zerorez picked up my area rug, cleaned it and delivered it as promised. Everyone was courteous and professional. If your thinking about having your rugs cleaned by professionals and are not too concerned about the cost, I recommend Zerorez!

Prompt and efficient
I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly I got an appointment; I was planning on having to wait a week but got an appointment within 48 hrs, TERRIFIC!! My 2nd surprise was how quickly and thoroughly our tech, Colton Bassett did the job! He was efficient, polite and had our carpets cleaned within an hour, AMAZING! Our carpet in our master bedroom looks & feels brand new as well as the carpet upstairs. He also cleaned to area rugs & they too look and feel nearly new. I’d heard for years how good Zerorez was but never callled; so very happy I did! Thank you
The technician did a great job and did inform me the bad stains might come back. I just was not aware that your service was only a surface cleaning until after the service was complete. I ended up pulling the carpet up completely the day after I had my carpet cleaned because ALL of the stains came back and it wasn't drying. So that might be helpful to add to the conversation prior to the service.
