Tech was on time and very nice. Knowledgeable and friendly. Carpets came out great and will use them again.

We will see if the amount I spent pays off over time. My expenses were about 50% MORE than I was expecting to pay. I got the clear impression that the tech, Aaron, was trying to upsell me on additional services until I called him on that. That is a classic franchise business model-get in the home and then start selling more goods and services as you have a captive audience.

I requested an airductcleaning beforemoving into new house. They came out, did that and dryer vent cleaning. They came out, showed me before photos, then after work, the after photos and what a difference.

Always consistent and very professional

No chemicals and very professional technicians. Aaron went above and beyond in cleaning out our air units, ducts, compressors, as well as our dryer vent. He educated us on so much we did not know about our system. He found a completely blocked duct for our dryer due to a wire mesh having been installed over it and completely blocked by the lint. This would have broken our dryer over time.
