Technician showed up on time and was friendly and knowledgeable. Product has very little to no odor. Cost of job was reasonable.

The couch was left streaky. The attention to detail was lacking. The major areas were mostly clean but once the couch fully dried it was obvious that the edges and the “high traffic” areas needed more attention. The rugs look great and the tech was very nice and professional.

Show up when you say you will. Curtious service, polite employees, answers questions, and you do a great job. Have used you for tile and grout for years - first time having carpet picked up and cleaned.
