We needed our sectional couch cleaned because our dog loves to jump and lay all over it, sometimes with dirty paws :) ZeroRez was SUPER easy to schedule and they came out two days later. It was a quick, easy clean and they are very professional! Our couch smells SO good and looks SO clean. We would highly recommend!
They came when they said they would, got to work and did a great job cleaning the carpets. He cleaned up up and was done in short order. I would recommend Zerorez to anyone needing their floors cleaned.

FOR THE MONEY I DID NOT SEE THE RESULTS I WAS LOOKING FOR...iI have had my rugs cleaned by other companies for less money with better results
I’ve used Zerorez many times and this was the first time I was disappointed. The carpet cleaning was fair at best. My carpets are cleaned once a year and they are only several years old but Zerorez failed to clean very mild spots.

They service tech was courteous and worked very hard.
Good job: technican called enroute with an estimated time of arrival and was here when he said he would be. Very professional, knowledgable, friendly, and explained the process and materials he was using inside the home. I would use the company again because the area looks much better as does the one chair that he worked.
The only negative comment I could make and that would be obvious after the next cleaning: there were three items, sofa, loveseat, and TV that he cleaned around vice under. Will see in the future if this makes a difference in carpet texture, color, etc.

I have had my area rugs sent off and cleaned by Zerorez and they came back fresh and clean. I’ve just had my wall-to-wall carpeting cleaned by Zerorez and it’s almost like new. I really didn’t think it could get that clean, especially after having some construction done at my house. My technician was super knowledgeable very polite. Very nice guy. He did a great job.
