Lou was very professional and did a great job. I like how Zerorez takes great care with everything they do from reminder calls, to preparing the home for their service. They did a great job cleaning and pre treating stains. They also cleaned tile and marble. Zerorez is my first choice in carpet care.

Do onsite estimates before sending technician out. I was not happy with an online quote only to have it increase by nearly 50% at the time of service. This bait and switch is not welcome and tarnishes your reputation
