We had air duct cleaning service and antimicrobial treatment done. The technicians are professional and courteous. They did a great job cleaning the ducts and the vents. They also vacuumed all the debris that fell off from cleaning.

If he’s not a trainer, supervisor or manager yet promote him immediately. He is exactly the kind of employee every company wants and needs in every way.

Company displays good business practices for the most part. They are always on time, well trained and upstanding employees. Their carpet cleaning method is superior and they do not leave a mess behind.
My only complaint is that you will get a quote over-the-phone when you schedule the appointment, but sometimes that price might change after the technician arrives. My recollection was clean 3 rooms for $147 and get a 4th room for free. If there was a mention of size limitation for the room, that was not pointed out to me. So the technician said my master bedroom was oversized and would cost more. However, there's a lot of large furniture in the bedroom so it's only traffic areas being cleaned... so I had a problem with that. In fact, all rooms cleaned were only traffic areas because of large furniture. There was also a change in pricing for a hallway. He gave a footage number for the average hallway and mine was longer, however, that hallway is quite narrow so I didn't understand that thinking either. I didn't argue, but I think they need to improve how they quote over the phone and what the technician is allowed to change when he gets to your house.
So, as stated in my first paragraph... if they get so much correct, why not fix the pricing complaint and be stellar instead of very good. My opinion.
