Tech was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The mold/mildew came out and the sofa looks fabulous
Kendal, Colton and another nice young man worked. Great work ethic. Friendly. Did a great job. The man whose name I don’t remember was very focused on making sure all dirt and dust they had created or was already under my furniture when they arrived was cleaned up. The only thing that my husband and I were unsure of was your tipping process. We paid a lot for the service itself. We were surprised to see at payment time that there was an option to add a tip. There was no way we were tipping 20% on such a high cost, but we didn’t know what amount would be appropriate. We felt that we probably should tip because all three lined up and shook our hands several times before they left. If your company would share if we should tip and suggest an amount, that would be helpful. We would actually send a tip now if we had more info. Covid made tipping and service fees uncomfortable. We are still seeing service fees and mandatory tips at restaurants, which we don’t understand. If you could clarify Zerorez’s suggestion on tipping, that would be helpful.

I notice a huge difference having clean air ducts! Two people came to clean them out. I was worried that there would be a huge mess, but no, the process they use was quick, easy and effective. I have recommended to many people already that they should call Zerorez to get theirs done too. Anyone one who has a constant cough, it totally made a difference in just the first day alone. Nice to breathe clean air. Thanks!
I was so please with your employee, Harrison! Very polite and nice in every way! Have not yet checked the work done as it is in another address but Im sure Harrison did as he said he would! Will be callinfg to have some cleaning done at my own homwe!
Availability
Colton was professional, knowledgeable and extremely hard working. He answered all our questions and suggested how our requested services could best be utilized.
We will continue to use ZeroRez for future carpet cleaning. Colton also explained air duct cleaning and how we could benefit. We are seriously considering air duct cleaning thanks to Colton’s explanations.
We will request Colton in the future.

I called Zerorez for my Real Estate listing to clean the tile at 1720 Austin Lake Way. The home is vacant that I am selling for customer. The owners look at the home the next day and they where disappointed how the grout looked after the cleaning. I called Zerorez and they are coming back Monday to clean the grout.
Jake and his partner did a very thorough job of cleaning all of our vents and they even vacuumed up the floors and manually cleaned the outside covers of our ceiling vents. When they went on the roof to clean out the dryer vent, I couldn’t believe how much stuff they got out of it. I have had my dryer vent cleaned before but I don’t recall them ever going up on my roof. Again the guys did a very thorough and great job. I highly recommend Zerorez!
