Quality work and reasonable price.
Had another great experience for our second deep clean with Zerorez. We did a deep clean and stain protection for our large sectional sofa, recliner and area rug. We have multiple pets and a child so the difference was amazing and much needed! Will definitely be coming back in the future!

Honestly wasn't sure what to expect, but definitely wasn't impressed. All stains still on carpet, but it looked better? Paid for 4 rooms, only got "3" done. It was done on monday, i cant even tell they were here by tuesday evening... i have alot of kids but i did expect better, Sadly I'll probably have to pay another company to come do it again in the very near future, or rent a machine and do it myself.
Your technician was great! He came in and explained the process, then just as he started, he did a small area to let us know what it would look like when it was finished. I really appreciate all that he did.

Antonio was very personable and professional. He offered good suggestions which helped make informed decisions. He did an excellent job with both the carpet and upholstery cleaning.
The price was high for the amount and quality of work. Our sofas were hardly dirty and didn’t have any stains. I had work done as a routine maintenance. I won’t need this service again with that price. We have pets and mainly wanted that cleanse but I could still see cat hair in the cushions.

This is the 2nd time we hired ZeroRez. Ethan was polite, called to notify me when he was en route, customer service oriented and courteous. He took the time to explain everything in advance. As someone that interacts with vendors quite a bit in my line of work I continue to be impressed with their overall service. We have severe allergies & the best part is that the products they used don't leave any strong odors either. Everything they cleaned looks new again! 10 STARS & HIGHLY RECOMMEND ZEROREZ!!!
