Area rug and coach, quick nice and worked well
I pointed out several spots on my carpet that were extra dirty but he didn’t do anything extra to get them clean. He just cleaned them like he did the rest of the carpet. Needless to say, the spots are lighter but you can still see they are dirtier than the surrounding carpet.
From booking the appointment through working with the onsite technician, it was a pleasure. The stains came out of the carpet, thankfully. The onsite tech was personable, efficient, and professional.

I was impressed with the results especially the lower staircase which had deep what I thought were unremovable stains but the technician told me he would go the extra mile to try to remove those and he did he was very nice polite and competent wish I could remember his name! My duct cleaning was easy to book and ZeroRez did a really great job. Everyone I spoke to on the phone was considerate and helped get the job done. Kendall took care of the cleaning and was very friendly and efficient. Would recommend!

You were able to accommodate us quickly. Corey took time to explain the process thoroughly and was able to answer any questions or concerns we had. We were pleased with the pricing and the results.
On the bigger rug some areas were not even damp when he left and some areas required spot cleaning. On the smaller rug in dining room the chairs were removed by me and he said he could clean around the table. The area between the double pedestals was not touched. I had thought as they were area rugs you would be removing them and returning them but that was no the case.
The technician was very polite he explained everything that he would be doing.He gave us the cost per square inch, and he gave us more tips of the types of jobs there can do.I wish there were more people like him doing business
Products work amazingly well and the staff has always been professional. Their prices are reasonable as well. I’ve used Zerorez many times and will continue to use them in the future.
