I love that you don’t use soap and no detergent things that have surfactants to attract the dirt back to that spot, and it’s safe for children and pets it also dries a lot faster I would never allow anyone to steam clean my carpets bacteria grows on warm wet things and when they shoot that steam hot water down into your padding and get your floor so wet it’s guaranteed to grow bacteria down there before it completely dries not good I like the way zerorez cleans your carpet my carpet was completelydried by the evening! I love Zerorez!!!!

CJ, our technician, was very professional, communicative and hard-working. he took the time to explain to us the nature of the problems that we inherited from the previous owners of our home who had two dogs. He showed us how and why "flooding" the pet bio spot would work to get rid of the residual stains. Two days later, things have completely dried and our carpets look brand new! Thanks to CJ and Zerorez!!
I was busy working in the other room. Guy kept calling me over to look at his good work. Several times! I was busy. Agitated me. When I didn’t tip, he left mad. My son came in and asked what happen because the guy was outside talking “smack” to himself. I’ve used you guys before, it was great. Must have been an off day for the guy or the lack of tip made him mad. 🤷🏻♀️

Service man explained the procure, added services and listened to my carpet concerns. Extremely nice gentleman and the work was not rushed but efficient and professional. I like the fact that unknown chemicals are not added to the cleaning process and the carpets look, smell and feel better. Price is fare and Zerorez is always my first choice.

On Thurs, 5/28/2026 Tristan was most accommodating in the Duct deep cleaning of my home giving exceptional service, explaining the process and tips for maintaining between cleanings.
On Fri, 5/29/2026 Jacob was inspirational in cleaning 3 rooms with carpeting showing care and strategy in doing so! I took advantage of the special received via email last week, and it was just in time for Spring cleaning!
Both service techs gave exceptional customer service and my home is sooo fresh, clean and absolutely wonderful!! If I could rate them higher than a "10" I would! They deserve 5 Stars in my book...Thank you!!

Great service
I have been a client of Zerorez for over 20 years. I have yet to meet a technician that doesn't show without a smile on their face. Having said that, the last technician that did our carpet cleaning was over the top friendly, genuinely interested in offering me assistance in moving a couple of last-minute items, and was so thorough but efficient that he was finished in less than 30 minutes. My husband and I were in shock and express the same to the technician. He told us he would be happy to go back into each room with us so we could point out any areas that he might have missed, but nope, carpets were spotless. I am embarrased that I do not remember his name because I would have loved to give him a shout out to the corporate office. He is a keeper! I would never consider using any other cleaning service but Zerorez.
ignored my request to send the technician I requested 2 weeks earlier. made excuses . I am a realtor and use or recommend cleaning services to clients, fiends, etc. Poor customer service.
