Nazareth did an excellent job!
Both technicians arrived to our home over an hour after our service window with very little communication. That was frustrating and extremely inconvenient for us. We had to rearrange our schedules to accommodate the issue and we didn’t like that. My recommendation is to work on your scheduling system.
Great customer service and quick quality cleaning
Burt Pruitt was professional and did an excellent job with cleaning our carpets. He was polite and I hope I can schedule him again with you when I need my carpets cleaned.
Had our carpets done today and we are extremely pleased with the results! Alberto was awesome and explained the process very well, and was so professional in his approach. He obviously takes pride in doing his job well and cares that his clients see great results.

I loved that booking an appointment was so easy and it happened very quickly. The young man who came to clean the carpets was very thorough and explained things as he went along. He ended up having to take one of our carpets to clean at the shop, but he took it with him that very day.
Jacob was friendly and knowledgeable. My carpet looks great after our puppy had some accidents.
Cameron was on time, he explained what he would be doing and worked hard to get the best results

Zero Rez always provides great service. We have used them for carpet cleaning and tile cleaning and sealing. Scheduling is quick and easy and Jonathan was very professional.

Our Tech arrived early, communicated with me the entire time to update me on his arrival time. The carpet was extremely dirty, we had low expectations that it would come clean. It was a vacant house that we are trying to sell, original carpets from 25 years ago. He went right to work and the carpet looked awesome when he finished. A++ Highly recommend.
