Your product is super, your technicians/specialists (Diamon) are professional, courteous, and technically extremely knowledgeable. Mr. Williams (Diamon) was prompt, professional and answered all of our questions. We would highly recommend Zerorez as a company and Diamon as a technician. Safe for pets Dries quicky compared to other companies that saturate the carpet.

KP, the cleaning tech/rep that took care of our carpets on Aug 1 was informative but not sales-y about the additional services available after completing his walk through and listening to our concerns. After he tested a couple of trouble areas, he made his recommendations and I made the decisions of what add-on services we wanted done.

His work on the carpets were thoughtful and thorough. I appreciate his attention to detail and care for our older apt carpets.
