On time and thorough.
My service tech on June 5th was outstanding. He went above and beyond to explain all the processes he was going to use and worked the entire day and into the late afternoon without taking a break. He ensured that all of the pet stains were removed from the carpets and then explained post-cleaning all the things that he had done. Outstanding work by this young man.
The carpet tech did a much better job than the previous tech.
