The price was 142 dollars then it jumped 80 bucks when the guy was standing in my house. Then he had a bad attitude about how y’all’s ai system just messes up..
My carpet in my bed doesn’t and probably wasn’t even cleaned since I was picking up hair and crumbs that was previously there. Besides the carpet wasn’t even wet besides as you walk in. Now the living was wet in some spot I felt but there was a couple spots had asked for him to do again didn’t looked like it was cleaned well. He proceeded with it probably looks like that because it was wet. Not really because it’s dry and still looks the same. I feel like I wasted my money as little carpet as there is to even clean and carpet is only a few years old. I probably could of used my rug cleaner and it would of looked better.

I just needed a new large tea stain cleaned up. Since I recently had the carpets cleaned, I didn’t need the 3 room special. I appreciated that a 1 room price was offered.
They did a good job cleaning my carpet. It looks brand new. They were respectful for the furniture and was very neat.

I am tired of using this company and they never have notes saved on what they did the time before.
Also, the guy who came out this time wanted to charge me $350 for an 12inx12 in area to do a flash treatment on. That is nuts.
I will likely never use this company again.
