It is easy to set up the various services and make an appointment. The day of the Technician is on time with notifying me when he will be here, and he is here at that time and get straight to work. This time our Tech was Cameron and he was polite, personable, professional, hard worker, and did a great job!

The technician did an outstanding job.

I feel I was completely misled by pricing and scope of work. I only had one bedroom to clean - they gave me a one room quote for $57 then said a minimum charge of $107 + odor treatment assessment when technician arrived and I understood that. After assessment, the technician stated there’s been worse smell and couldn’t even see pee stains with his black light so he had to do “old fashion way” in his words and just smell from the carpet. Then he comes back and shows me a quote of over $1200. I was genuinely shocked and then it all of a sudden felt very salesy. Somehow he changed it to 50% of that and I felt I had no choice but to accept it. After paying over $500 for one room there is very little change in smell and the staining is worse where the pee was. Extremely disappointed. I would love a refund and/or a re-do of it.

Excellent job in cleaning my carpets. Service tech was friendly and efficient. Wil use them again next year.

After the first cleaning, the house smelted musty and spots were still visible. We reached out and were told a reclean would be done to make it right. The same technician that did an inadequate job the first time was sent back. He told us the issues we were experiencing were due to not paying for the top tier clean. We were charged an additional $300. The next day the musty smell is worse and there were still some spots that were not cleaned well. I wasted $1100 on a 3 for $109 deal. It felt like the technician was irritated that he had to come back and his work showed it.

Gets our carpets clean and they stay clean because Zerorez doesn’t use soap or chemicals.
