I would like to hear back from Larry as promised. Your tech wasted an entire of my time. After two times of cleaning my chair and still look raggedy and then also he refused to clean the upstairs rugs when one of your caps came did the job and the carpet looks beautiful. I expect a full refund, but you won’t give me one because you never even bothered to respond to any of my calls. Don’t worry I’ll make sure that I still go back around and post my comments on Google. You know you get a One Stop anyone reading this **** want to do better
The first technician was amazing and worked so hard! He just simply forgot one of our bedrooms and we didn't notice until after he had left. One of our bedroom's doors shuts on its own so I think it probably just looked shut. Someone came out a couple days later to do the forgotten room and did it super quickly. He did a great job too but for some reason that room had a chemical-y smell after that all the other rooms didn't have.
First there was a mix up about you would have to be paid in advance. Then the technican arrived and asked if I was going to pay. The work was done quickly but I did not see any significant improvement when he finished, Lastly, I was told that the job would be done on a special promotion of $109.00 for the house. Ended up having to pay $144,00 because of a very small bath floor.Probably would not recommend using your service again.

I’ve already responded twice with very positive reviews. But while getting my carpet to move from “energy draining” to “energizing and refreshing” is a very nice experience, I don’t plan to respond to any additional requests for feedback. Enough already!

I don’t think he actually did the area I NEEDED. I know I paid a 3 room special but I only needed one room/carpet cleaned. I’ve previously had this service in the same area and the carpet had a great out come last time with Dexter. It looked and smelled cleaner after the service. This time 2 days later the carpet is still wet(there was a house flood in this area) but dry in some areas that weren’t affected and smells stale and mildew-ish. Also it was odd he made me pay the invoice before starting service when other providers didn’t do that.

Very professional, on time, and carpets look great. However, it’s awkward when the technician asks for a tip. Everyone knows they don’t make minimum wage, so please don’t put the customer in a position of tipping or not after paying over $700 for a carpet cleaning.

The person doing the service was the BEST. He sold your company to me. It was concerning the shape his truck was in....I am assuming a company truck. It was in bad condition on the outside, and it was obvious he was having mechanical trouble.
The technician was very kind and listened to my concerns. He worked very hard and was concerned about my satisfaction with the results.
I was disappointed that there was a small spot that would not come up. I was not disappointed with the technician but was surprised that the machine wouldn’t get the red clay spot up when the carpet was only a year old. It is light colored carpet and didn’t think just everyday tracked in dirt wouldn’t come up.
I was going to have him steam clean a recliner but something was broke on his truck & he was unable to do the job. That was disappointing! He tried to call dispatch but no one responded. He said he wasn’t in his regular truck. He was hoping another technician could come out & do the chair but wasn’t able to reach anyone.
