High standards were set with my first service by zerorez. The second service did not meet those expectations. The carpet was really wet after treatment. It made me slip and fall. Will not recommend the service in future. A few spots were left untreated.
I’ve used Zero Res before, but not this particular person. He charged more than any one else ($324) for one room and the carpet was crunchy when it dried the next day and the stain he treated was bigger and more noticeable. I will try Stanley Steamer next time.

I used Zerorez twice to clean the carpets, in areas with very bad stains. They also looked worn. I had two different technicians. Both - Paul - and Alberto - cleaned the carpets so that they looked new. The the carpets are over 25 years old. Both technicians did an excellent job and were politee . Alberto even moved a couple pieces of furniture. The carpet really looks great - give it about 12 - 24 hours to dry. Zerorez is my new go-to for carpet cleaning. Keep up the great job!

The master bedroom has stains and look horrible my whole house smell like wet carpet the guy that came was in training I need a partial credit or somebody else to come
Excellent follow up service. FYI, my ottoman with velvet fabric needed the marks removed from the previous cleaning. The marks don't come out if allowed to dry. I spent time smoothing the wet fabric until it dried and now it's perfect!
