I don’t know why the fumes on the truck made my carbon monoxide alarms continually go off, even after he left. I had to get a ladder to physically disable them to make them stop. Very terrorizing for my cat.

I also had higher expectations for some of the pee spots on the carpet to be removed. The tech said the miracle enzymes could have bleached the carpet causing it to look like stains were still there.

This is my second time to use your service, this time in a new house. I was surprised by the added cost of carpet protector for each area. I don’t see how your method “strips” the new carpet protector so I felt obligated to add that feature.

I would highly recommend Nelson who did our carpet cleaning. He did a fantastic job on our carpet that was very dirty for some time. He got it so clean that it looked like new carpet. Great job Nelson!

The tech was on time, professional and efficient. He explained everything that he would be doing and what he was expecting the outcome to be. He presented two options from which I could choose one that would satisfy me. He was very thorough and timely in finishing the project. The cleaning products he used were different from any others I had experienced from other companies I used in the past. There are no harsh chemical odors like the others have had. In fact, no odors at all even after the carpet dried. I will definitely be using Zerorez in the future.
