The technician called to ask if he could come earlier than our scheduled time and I thought that was wonderful. He did an excellent job and I was amazed at the spots that came out of the carpet. Having Zerorez clean my carpets makes them look like new!

Carpet buckled in two rooms, will now have to pay additional cost for stretching back into place. Prices should hold firm once o the job.

The truckmounted cleaner did a good job of cleaning the carpets. The tech and his assistant were courteous and worked quickly and quietly.

Did not clean our carpet on the date and time the appointment was made, but did come out a few days later to clean the carpet, I found several stains still on the carpet in master bedroom and upstairs in the hall.

No harmful chemicals. Our children have sensitivities to solvents and artificial fragrances. We appreciate that Zerorez did not use them to clean our carpets.

It is quick, has no residual odor and doesn't take long to dry. We have used you twice and both times had a professional doing the work.

All of the Zero Rez representatives to date have been knowledgeable, courteous and very professional. Our latest representative, Paul Lara, was no exception. He did an excellent job of cleaning our carpet areas and was in and out quickly with a minimum of disruption that is appreciated. Tyree the service technician was extremely courteous and showed phenomenal professionalism in his demeanor and attitude. The carpets look immaculately clean. I asked him about the duct cleaning service and he said that he would see if he could include that in this trip, that was something that was an above and beyond service, because I have noticed with any other service company if I ask for additional services they always ask for that service to be rescheduled.
I would most definitely recommend Zerorez and actually use the service on a regular basis.

My technician, Anthony, was very knowledgeable, conscientious and caring. His attention to detail, quality and customer service is over and above what I expected. In addition, the fact that he provided basic information about your other services, but did not "push" them was greatly appreciated, and guarantees I will use Zerorez for other things besides just carpet cleaning!

My carpets look great. All spots gone - even the ones left after another company cleaned the carpets. Technician was professional, friendly and apparently knowledgeable. It was a great experience.
