*I felt like the cleaning was not effective in absolutely anyway, I spent $800 for ZERO difference

* My concerns about the chances of rain where ignored twice and sure enough.... rain poured on the newly "cleaned" rugs. they were too heavy for me to pull in by myself. Called to see what could be done and they did send the same technician out and he quickly ran over the sopping rugs and told me to leave them out and put fans on them which i did. The smell was so bad in filled my garage and was traveling into my house. When I called again for help they said I would have to pay for additional service. You guys have lots a customer. And I've used you guys on three other houses and was about to have my vents cleaned. I will look for another company that is willing to do the right thing

The technican cleaning slowly and ensuring the carpet is cleaned to the best of his ability.

Was charged for 3 bedroom but cleaned 2. Pressured to add cleaning solutions because we have a dog. Carpets seem clean but still damp the next day.

I like how each technician thoroughly explains the process whether I’m getting carpet shampooed or air ducts cleaned.

This is the 3rd or 4th time we have used y’all and this time I can’t even tell the carpets were cleaned. All spots are still there. Very weird.
