Customer service and helping with dog stains
The guys that cleaned the carpet weren't professional and the job done was lousy.
The technician was extremely polite, explained issues carefully and I was amazed at everything that came out of the vents and the before and after videos.
The tech that came was extremely polite and knowledgeable. He did his absolute best to lift the stains and our carpets look so great afterwards!
I don't think your pricing was very transparent. I would not have booked if I knew the total cost.
I have never had my carpet clean so well. They did a great job. I did notice a spot that came back and they came back and redid it and now it’s perfect. The men are intelligent and know what they’re doing. They’re friendly and very helpful thank you Susette Francisco.

Our technician, Marchant was fantastic! (I hope I spelled his name correctly). He was polite, prompt and helpful with other questions I had. Feel like we got a more than fair price for our service. Our carpets look new again, without being new and we have Pets. Zerorez will get my business again.
