Excellent follow up service. FYI, my ottoman with velvet fabric needed the marks removed from the previous cleaning. The marks don't come out if allowed to dry. I spent time smoothing the wet fabric until it dried and now it's perfect!

One of the guys that came to clean my carpets put his shoe coverings on before he came in and then the coverings disintegrated so there was nothing under the bottoms of his shoes long before he was finished. There were little pieces of the covering fabric on my floors when he left. Not a huge deal but he should have put new ones on as this happened about half way through the cleaning job. Everything else was good.
