Friendly and knowledgeable technician. This is the first time I've had my carpets cleaned where it doesn't smell bad afterwards, my carpet was really dirty. The carpet smells great! And I've already told two of my friends about your company!
I wish you had a program where if I signed up for future cleanings now I could get a discount. But maybe there will be a special one I call back in 6 months.

Extremely professional and did the job correctly
The best part of my Zerorez experience wasn’t the ease of scheduling or the wonderfully clean carpet, it was the professional, knowledgeable, and friendly technician, Marquan.
He immediately put me at ease with his kind personality. Then, he set about inspecting the carpet for the source of the odor and prescribed a treatment to attack the problem (old pet urine). Once he began working on the carpet, he would occasionally stop to show me where he was in the process, and to keep me updated.
I will hire Zerorez in the future, and I’ll request Marquan.
How easy it is to get an appointment. The customer service from the staff in the office and the operator that came out.

Zerorez was timely, professional, courteous, and effective.
The carpet treatment should be included as part of the price. It feels trapping to be presented with that once someone is standing in your home and saying the treatment may or may not work without it.

I have used Zerorez for many years, and have always received good service. This time exceeded all the others. Bert P was my technician, and he did the most thorough job that I have ever had! He took his time and was very detailed. He put in extra effort on those stubborn areas. He was very hard working, kind and polite. Ask for Bert, he will do a great job for you!
I have used Zerorez several times in the past, cleaning same three rooms at $99, and this is the first time I was told by the carpet cleaner that my den was considered a larger room, thus requiring an extra fee. I am not complaining about your employee that did the cleaning. He did a good job. I know he was just following company policy. My house is 2000sf with two living areas, and a formal dining, with carpet. not larger than normal. Maybe you need to start adding room size requirements to you special ads.
