The pricing was good for three bedrooms of carpet cleaning and the carpet does feel soft afterwards once it dries.
Bring wall corner pads next time. Previously you did.

It seems that the specials are more of an entry to the upsell opportunity and the upsell for extras that are 2-3x the base price don't appear to provide a meaningful difference in the quality of the final product (a noticeably cleaner carpet or underlying improvement). If provided a recommendation to a friend I would have to mention if you go in with that understanding the process was good.

Everything was handled very smoothly, efficiently and successfully.
I paid for three rooms, a staircase, and a hallway. No carpeted hallway exists, therefore I had to pay extra to get half of a closet cleaned.
Was not notified once the cleaning was done so I could look it over before the techs left.
Paid OVER $900 total for the job to be poorly done. I was so looking forward to clean carpets before a move-in, but I am beyond let down. The result I got was not at all reflective of the online reviews.
After 8 total sub-extractions, to which I was ensured will remove any odor from the source and not just treat it with a "bandaid", the carpets are NOT clean. To make it worse, the pad underneath the carpet is WET. It's been 5 days and I can't walk on the carpet with socks on even though the house temperature has been below 70 degrees, all fans have been on, and the rooms entirely empty/unfurnished.
I'm so glad I didn't add on the "stain protector" because even now if I run my hand across the carpet it leaves a disgusting film all over my hand.
This terrible experience needs rectification, especially because I must now do damage control before the moisture creates larger issues.

The carpet in one of the bedrooms was dirty, I have dove grey carpet. The technican was able to get the carpet clean but around the baseboard and the edges it wasn't cleaned and you can see the difference. I didn 't notice it until the carpet was dry. I was disappointed with the result.
Products are very clean products and able to keep our carpets clean..
The cleaner did a good job. However I had just picked up a new bottle of pain medicine. It was a full bottle,that I have to take. The cleaner and I were the only people in the house until my wife came home and counted them and 34 pills were missing.I can’t prove that he took them,because they were in my closet . The bad part about it is we like the company, but we will never get you to do another job for us. If he riips people off We don’t want someone like that in our house. Thanks Kris Last name removed

I have used this company for years, i have always been pleased with the service and the staff is excellent.
Liked the 3 room deal ad on radio, cleaning without heavy smells left on carpet, and very professional and on time service. Would recommend Zerorez highly to anyone looking for carpet cleaning!
