I would like to bring to your attention an exemplary technician. On August 12, 2026 your technician arrived at my home 5816 Lorenzo Dr. Grand Prairie to clean our carpet. He was very professional, informative and knowledgeable. He did a great job cleaning my carpet I was very satisfied, and will definitely refer your service to my neighbors, friends and family.
Arrived on time and did an excellent job in cleaning an area rug that hadn't been cleaned in many years. The tech was very efficient and personable.

First time using zero Rez and had a 15% off so was excited to try; however, I was thinking it would take 15% off the entire balance amount, but with the promo of ‘3room’ special for $99, that wasn’t included in the % discount so all the added cost tacked on (LR is not oversized yet considered due to over 200sq ft so an addt’l charge for that, small hallways are 1/2 the cost of a room at $46 & $57 as a few examples) — all in all, the %discount basically covered the taxes

I have used Zero Rez for years, and have always been totally satisfied. My carpets come out looking brand new and the techs that have done the work have been courteous and have always done a great job. Coby was the last tech and he made my carpets look brand new!!
