the service was fine, but the billing was very confusing. They told me one price, then when he got there , there was a much higher price for the steam cleaning. Then i found out when i saw the final bill, that it included another room, which he didn't tell me, and didn't get cleaned. so i paid a lot, and didn't even get all that i was supposed to. It's still drying, but i guess it will look ok when it dries. the office doesn't know what the pricing is and what it includes seems to be the problem.

Customer support for setting and managing appointment is reliable and friendly. Technicians are polite, business-like, knowledgeable, and efficient. I have used Zerorez 4-5 times and my experience is always the same.

Marquan Robinson was awesome! He was polite, arrived right on time, worked incredibly hard, and did a fantastic job. My carpets look amazing. I especially appreciated how careful and professional he was he wore shoe covers to protect my floors and took extra care to protect my walls and home while he worked. It’s clear he takes pride in his work, and it shows in the results. I love that your cleaners are so respectful, thorough, and customer-focused. Marquan exceeded my expectations!

Well, we had zero Rez come out on Saturday to clean our carpets. We vacuumed before. We started moving in today, I sat on the carpet and realized there was a lot of gunk still there. I have a picture of how much my husband then vacuumed up from the carpets. It just feels like it was a pointless clean and we are very disappointed as this was a gift from our realtor.

I was told the carpet cleaning by your zero rez employee would make my house smell like urine because I had dog urine stains. I was told I needed an additional service to ensure it wouldn’t smell like urine. This additional service was $350. I feel your adds are very misleading. This man was in my house for maybe an hour or 2. Maybe if your employees would actually spend some time cleaning the carpet instead of going over the carpet one time, this additional service wouldn’t be needed. I feel like I paid for a fragrance to be sprayed on my carpet. I will never be using your services again. I’m sure you won’t refund some of our money, but that would let me know you might actually care about your reputation.
The ease of scheduling, the professionalism of the man that cleaned my carpets and the way the areas cleaned looked when he was done. It is so nice to not have to look at dingy carpets. Thank you.
