I like how my carpet was cleaned without the chemicals and didn’t leave out crunchy. Dexter was north friendly and professional and did a great job! I’ll ask for him in the future!
In did not like that I received an email with a social that was lower than what I just paid though.
Your company has blown out two of my electrical sockets. The need to replace them is urgent as they are fire hazards. The machine was plugged into a few sockets and blew both of them out.

The air duct cleaning was handled professionally and the technician took his time to do a wonderful job. I would definitely recommend his service.
The carpet/tile technicians that came from another location on a separate day did not do a thorough job. They were pleasant however, there are still stains on my carpet, dirt on my chairs and the tile/grout doesn't look much different from before they came. I will be calling a different company to come in behind them and do the job correctly.

Jamie was our service guy. He was very detail and was extremely professional with all the hoses. He made sure that the hoses weren't hitting the walls or furniture. Our tile floors looked so much better, plus our area rug looks new again. Zero Rez has always cleaned our homes for several years. If your looking for a great company call Zero Rez and ask for Jamie.
