Steve was my tech for today; he was on time, very courteous and professional explaining what he would be doing. He looked at all the rooms that were to be addressed before he started.
I like the product used because they don't leave a cleaning odor like citrus, etc. Steve explained the special treatment he would do on one of the rooms to extract residue from previous cleanings. I am so glad I found this company. This was my second time to have service provided Zerorez and will be a returning customer.

The guy treated me like I wasn't going to pay him. I felt uncomfortable. I called you for a service I'm going to pay you and he was in and out. I really felt like he didn't do a good job on my carpet. No, I will not recommend this company .

Tech was very thorough and made some good recommendations based upon the situation in our home. He worked very hard to get the rooms and stairs accomplished in a few hours and even moved some carpet and bed footrest out of way for us

We have used Zeroz for quite a while. They do a good job. Our recent cleaning was a great experience. The technician was very knowledgeable and did a wonderful job.
Everything was done on schedule and to my satisfaction. I’ve used Zero Rez previously, so it was not a surprise.

Paul was very friendly and professional. He was on time, and did a great job cleaning the carpets in a home we are renting. He discovered pet urine in a lot of the rooms which was very upsetting to us, but he took care of it. We were also able to schedule the service almost immediately so that was a huge bonus for us to have the carpets cleaned last minute before we moved in.
Spend a bit more time on the tough spots. I felt the technician rushed the process some. I paid for extra treatment to be applied and I did not feel it worked as well as expected. Maybe I should have another application made on the problem areas….more time - more money! Ugh
