Tracy the technician was very friendly , did what I asked to do(turn fans on, box fan) and did a great job, the carpets actually dried pretty quickly!
Communication day of remains to be terrible. Especially when at 138pm a guy called me to say he was finishing up at a nearby area code, and would be there approx 45 min.(it’s a rental unit so had to meet) it was over two hours later, and Tracy came from Plano, NOT the zip code I was told, AND Tracy was given my home number to call, NOT my cell, which home number I have asked to delete MANY times. Stillllll waiting on a call from a manager

I was supposed to receive the Mother's day discount and that did not happen. That is part of the reasons i went with your company as opposed to the hundreds of other companies out there. It was disappointing. As a single mother, every penny counts and I could have saved using another company or if you would have gone through with the Monther's day discount.
Also, it took more than 12 hours for my floors to dry and so my children were displaced for that night also. It was way too wet and I have had my carpets cleaned before and it was not this bad.
It was a disappointing experience.
Hello im not happy my floors did not get clean and the smell is still there I feel like i waisted that money i was also charged for a hallway that was not a hallway a couple of feet . You'll don't' put any spay down before you start cleaning. But the guy was extremely nice I not satified with my service
