My carpet is beautiful and so clean and Paul did a great job cleaning my white sofa. He got stains out that I thought were impossible. I’m very happy with the job he did!

Our technician, Mr. Brown was fantastic. We clean our carpets almost annually and this was the cleanest they have ever looked. He got all the stains out of our carpets. Mr. Brown was very professional, timely and easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend him, and hope we get him again next year.
Even with general carpet cleaning, my carpets were left very visibly dirty, as in, they looked exactly the same before and after zerorez carpets cleaning service was completed. As a repeat customer who was very happy and satisfied with my service with zerorez the FIRST time they cleaned my carpets, I expected the same excellent service this time, but that did not happen. I want a full refund or Zerorez to return and clean my carpets thoroughly and satisfactorily as they did the first time they cleaned my carpets.

Paul was absolutely fantastic and my carpets almost look brand new. He got out some pet stains that I thought wouldn’t come out. Did amazing work and he was very polite too.

The gentleman that came was very kind,, respectful and professional. My sister’s carpet looked Ed like new when he finished cleaning it. The scent of the carpet was fresh. Also, the short drying time was definitely a plus.
