The company communicates very well. After making an appointment, I received a text to confirm. On the day of service, the technician Jamie texted ahead of time to notify us that he was on the way. Jamie was outstanding. He was very friendly, competent, and careful inside our house. He wore protective covers over his shoes so not to track dirt into our house. He was able to remove tough stains and made our carpet look new even though it’s over 13 years old. I highly recommend Jamie and Zerorez.

Osman and Alexander were amazing! They both provided great customer service and Alexander went above and beyond. He was extremely thorough when walking us through the house and explaining what he was seeing and what he recommended to achieve the result we wanted. He took his time and I can easily say it is the best carpet cleaning we have ever gotten! Our carpet looks brand new! Even my 11 yr old commented on how wonderful the carpet looks and my mom, who had serious doubts anyone could remove year old stains from the rug was super impressed at how fantastic our carpet looks. Alexander is the only person who can clean our carpets now. Not only does he do an amazing job but he is friendly, down to earth and humble. An absolute pleasure to work with.

Matis cleaned our carpets in three rooms. He completed his tasks in a professional and friendly manner. We will be having our duck-work cleaned in a week and look forward to the same professional and friendly experience.
Jay was very professional in explaining what the process would be a cleaning up afterwards. He went above and beyond to ensure the duct work was clean.
I’ve used your company in the past and was very pleased. This time I had 3 rooms cleaned (1 had a few drops of coffee, 1 had a some food stains, 1 just needed cleaning, but no significant spots) and a flight of stairs. The technician said he was finished and I went to look at the work. I saw every stain that I had pointed out, so I asked him to work on them again. They looked much better and the stains are barely visible. I’m glad I asked him to try again! Also, I had scheduled the cleaning because you had a 3 room special and I added the staircase special that included 15 stairs. I have 4 extra stairs which cost an additional $300 ($75 for each stair). I feel that is a ridiculous amount to charge for 4 stairs. I’m disappointed in the work, and the fact that the technician was satisfied with his work and was packing up to leave before I asked him to try again.
