very clean and professional reliable
Limit upselling services. We ordered the 3 rooms for $99 special. An immediate $25 service fee was added. We had some pet stains. We were charged $65 per spot, which consisted of spraying a solution on them. Shocked at the cost, we asked for and received a senior discount. Total cost: $271 and change…a far cry from the $99 ad. We’re longtime customers, but plan to call Stanley Steamers next time.
The team absolutely crushed it - pet stains removed and the carpet looks brand new. Easy to schedule with and very punctual.
Good cleaning and through! Cleaner listens to suggestions and implements if he can. Pleasant to coordinate with.

Carpet was not evenly and thoroughly cleaned. Left streaks where part was clean and other areas not. Ridiculous price for sofa cleaning. Very disappointed overall.
Good results, and I like being able to customize the services. We only have one room of carpet, but sometimes we add on tile floors, other times upholstery cleaning.
