Super nice technician but I feel like I would have gotten the same results with a rental machine from Kroger. Not happy with how they turned out in the high traffic areas. Technician advised of how much bill was and I wrote out a check but then kind of got put on the spot when I already wrote out the check so no tip. Awkward feeling as I didn’t know a tip was part of the service.

Efficiency and reliability
Very professional and friendly and did a great job!
Technician was very nice. We were impressed with the technique used to identify areas that the dog may have soiled the carpet and was able to treat that.
First tile cleaning left a white film over the floor. Second cleaning better but still have a white film in corners and at the wall. I have decided the cleaner u use isn’t compatible to a color grout.
I was not made aware of $25 service charge. Paid it, but should have been told when scheduled. Will not use again.
The guy that cleaned the carpets was very good with lots of energy. He knew a lot about the products.
It was a good cleaning service but the job in my opinion was not completed. Paid extra for air duct blower cleaning and fogging to get rid of the mold in the master bathroom and master bedroom. But I was told the company does not clean the vents which also has mold showing so I will need to take care of that myself.
My comments pertain to your technician, Nelson, who cleaned our carpets and tile floors. He did an excellent job with the cleaning part, plus he was professional all the while personable, polite, and respectful of me and of my home. I felt the cost of the service was well worth the work and results that were provided.
The other tech, Tristen, cleaned our dual AC & heating unit. No fault of his, but I was not expecting the fee he quoted after looking at our unit. I thought the $1,000+ fee I was quoted on the phone included all of the work he assessed, so when he quoted $2,000+, I was shocked. Tristan was very patient while I asked him to explain the additional fees, and even when I called the company to state my surprise, he helped me explain to whomever I was talking at Zerorez why I was confused and surprised
I would recommend Zerorez to others, but would caution them to completely understand the fees prior to booking an appt.
I think the booking agent for the duct cleaning should better explain exactly what the base fee covers and explain, based on the assessment of the tech, additional charges would most likely be added to the base fee.
I would request Nelson and Tristan by name for any repeat services.
I completed this already but enjoyed that Zerorez was willing to come back to revisit the master bedroom even though it was a few days past the 30 day guarantee due to my taking care of my father after his stroke in Omaha last month.

A white film was left on the grout on the tile floor. Technician miss let us stating there would be a big difference in the floor if we didn’t do all the tile, there was no difference except for the white film. Terrible results plus paid over $375 for additional cleaning of the tile which was not needed!! Will not recommend will tell friends do not use!
From the initial call to the end of the job, I was happy with the service. They really do call ahead, do a nice job at the property, wear booties, etc. Pricing is fair, though there is a $25.00 fee baked into the total cost that I think could have been a bit more transparent at the outset. Overall, a very good company that uses safe products, and I will continue to use them in the future.
