I understand that equipment breaks down, but my day was put on hold for 5 hours and was still not resolved. I had to cancel plans while we waited The technician was very apologetic and kept me informed so that is a plus. We didn't move the furniture back so our house was in disarray while we waited for service the next day. I spent a lot of hours waiting for something that usually takes an hour. I appreciated all the apologies, but it would also have been nice to have received a discount for my loyalty to your company and the inconvenience it caused in my life. We have used your company for years with no problems and Im sure we will use you in the future, but I cant honestly say I am a satisfied customer this time.
That it cleans very well and the drying is great. It is still soft.
Your technician damaged my wall. He said that you would call to address getting it fixed. You have not called. I have not been offered any compensation.

The technicians are always quick and do a great job
Cleaned 3 rooms. On 1 room they talked us into the upgrade of topical treatment to get rid of pet smells. After it dried, the room smells terrible. We have been trying to air out the room for 2 days and it still smells bad. We wasted $65 on the upgrade as it smells way worse. We were pleased the last time we used Zerorez but we will not use again. The other two rooms are fine. Just do not see a big difference in the cleaning they did in any of the rooms amd now our master bedroom smells terrible.
I was scheduled between 10-1 someone showed up at 2:15 …. I was charged for two hallways when it’s only one and the one area that I was concerned about looks worse. Then with company staying here the carpet still wasn’t dry at 11pm
The carpets looked so good after Alberto cleaned them. He did a thorough job and took his time and we were very pleased.
