I like how successful they were in cleaning our carpet. It looked AMAZING when George was done with it and we can't thank you enough. We also appreciated how thorough he was in not only telling us what we need to do in order to ensure the carpets dry and don't mold/mildew, but also in giving advice on what to use on the carpet so we don't ruin the fibers. Fantastic, A+ service all around. We would ask for him again in the future, specifically - that's how much of a positive impact he had on me and my family. A great representative of the company - thank you!
I would also say the same of the kind phone representative I spoke to - Edward Sancho! He was incredibly kind during our chat and went out of his way to send a list of videos giving a head's up on what to expect. Couldn't have asked for better phone service!

Our service pro was friendly and efficient, explaining everything that was gong on. He identified some problem areas and offered solutions. He worked quickly and methodically and did not waste any of our time. The outcome was better than we expected with a couple of spots that had been problems for some time being resolved.

Service is impeccable. With the usage of corner guards, and the blue roller was used. In my past cleanings, there was never a blue roller used prior to cleaning the carpet. Will definitely have to request this for my next cleaning. I have been a customer for over 10 years. Very pleased with the service.
I think ZeroRez provides the best cleaning service for my carpets snd upholstered furniture. However, this last cleaning of my couch was not as well done as in previous times.

Zerorez had a coupon for Labor Day but the technician was not able to enter the code to get the discount. That was a bit frustrating,

As my phone call made VERY clear, the guys were nice enough (not in uniform) but the carpet was crunchy a week later & did not appear clean. We now have a spot that was not there before hand. It's also a grey color & that's not the color it supposed to be. We also paid almost $300 for a rug to be cleaned & while it's clean it smells so bad we had to throw it out. I'm not sure what happened but it was not cleaned. I'm VERY dissapointed that I did not use Stanely & was screwed over by yall.
