A very professional, punctual, meticulous outfit, convenient easy scheduling. Our serviceman Buddy, was great!
First, Buddy was very polite and professional. He did a great job throughout the majority of the rooms he cleaned. There were issues with the service, though:
1. Several dark spots remain in the master bedroom, office and gameroom
2. I had moved my couch and chair to the middle of the living room so areas where they are normally placed could be cleaned, and they could then be moved back and the center of the room could be cleaned - he cleaned only the carpet that was currently exposed, and he did not move the couch and chair back or ask whether they should be moved back; I'm having to wait 5 days to get someone back to clean the middle of the living room where the couch and chair had been temporarily moved (poor customer service response to the issue)
3. A plant in my foyer that I received over 10 years ago was broken during the cleaning - it's still living, it's main trunk has been bent over (VERY DISAPPOINTING)
4. COST - although my family room is large, i'm certain that the area of carpet that is exposed is no more than 230 square feet, and no company (even yours) has previously counted it as 2 rooms (the large sectional cannot be moved); It was counted as 2 this time
5. COST - I may use your service again, but I will only purchase your specials; It makes no sense to pay you to do additional rooms when I could easily call another cleaning service to do rooms at their special prices. You need to make your specials available for purchase more than once per visit (e.g., 3 @ $99 + 3 @ $99).

The gentleman that cleaned my carpet was very professional and so pleasant! You better not let go of him! He should be the face of your organization!
Company kept changing times and I had to keep adjusting moving help. They dont record your answers to their questions and harrass you by calling you again and again for the same thing. Also they charge a bunch of extra fees in addition to their low advertized price, so you will NOT pay what they advertise you will.

The service technician did a great job of explaining what he would be doing to clean our carpets and to sanitize for pet odors in the carpet.
Appt was for 1-3 tech showed up at 2:45. It took until next day to dry and seemed to not be as clean as I thought it would be. Felt as if I could have done a better job. The tech was as nice as can be and professional.
