Loved the technician and how clean the carpet is.

Well.. admittedly the guys showed up an hour after the window of time I was given for their arrival. It was EOD so I almost expected it- one job runs long, causes another job to run long, and by 5pm you’ve lost control of your schedule. Been there.

My couch was disgusting. Water marks, pet stains- you could smell it from the next room over.

Had heard about zerorez on the radio (105.3 fm), figured there was no way it was worth the money (I’m a skeptic at heart) but I also didn’t have “new couch” budget. The gentlemen were professional & accommodating- heck, I even liked them. Saw them tending to every nook & cranny of that god-forsaken couch, with careful attention on the areas I pointed out as being particularly rough.

Today my couch sings (as a matter of speaking). No discernible smell- a couple areas we couldn’t fully buff out, but altogether I feel like I can probably squeeze a few more years out of it. 100% worth it. All the best to the gentlemen who did the work- appreciate y’all.

Prior to the appointment, I verified through the Zerorez receptionist that closets were included in the carpet cleaning quote. I was still up charged for closet floor cleaning. There are two closets in the bedroom that was cleaned I expected that the smaller closet floor would have been considered part of the room.

Additionally, there is a very small area off carpet between the two bedrooms that were cleaned which was considered by the tech as a hall. I was also up charged for that. The bedrooms that were cleaned are both full of furniture with just walkways exposed for cleaning however, this tiny strip of carpet between the rooms was not included in the price. This is the second time I have used Zerorez in Texas and both times I was up charged for different things. My previous experience with Zerorez in North Florida was far superior. So much so that I referred them out to several friends and family members in that area and they all used them multiple times a year. At this point, I can not refer this franchise to anyone here. I will look elsewhere for my next carpet cleaning or tile cleaning. Question; does the technician get more money for up selling or adding cost to the original quote? It absolutely seems that way with this franchise. N

Price negotiation is a complete scam, service tech did not perform agreed service. called to discuss with management after on hold for 15-20 minutes and was informed i would be given a $50.00 credit on next service. Business model is not good for consumers.

Technician did a poor job and did it so fast unlike previous staff. When asked I will pay from my phone, he refused to leave my media room and waited there. It made me feel unsafe. That made me feel unsafe…he was asking for cash as tip for such a bad job.

Dexter was considerate and hard working. He left my house clean and in order. Great job!!

The carpet looks wonderful and I like the fact that chemicals were not used.

Based on the age of the carpet, and amount that had to be cleaned, I had low expectations. the Zerorez cleaning did not even meet those low expectations. 1). In most rooms, there were lines in the carpet left by the alternate pushing and pulling of the cleaning wand. Using my vacuum cleaner did not help. I had to rake the carpet to get it back to a consistent smoothness. 2) in the family room, where the carpet was especially dirty, when done, you could see clear lines where the wand cleaned, and where the wand left stain in the carpet.

Overall I was not pleased with the results.

The technician I had was Keith. He was very polite. He explained everything he was going to do and showed it to me when complete so I could give a thumbs up. One rug had a tough stain and he went back and got that spot out beautifully. He was prompt and efficient while here. I really was happy with the service.

I recently got my air ducts cleaned out along with my carpets cleaned. Javier was my carpet technician and Joseph was my air duct technician. Both were very friendly and professional. They did a great job and answered my questions when I had them.

Your man was I formative and very helpful fixing a mess the previous carpet cleaner left! Not your company.

I also appreciate that there are no harsh chemicals. My house did not smell 'chemically' after the cleaning.

I have used Zerorez multiple times. They have never disappointed me. My rugs are rejuvenated after each service. Their technicians are professional and friendly.

Clean and easy!

Looks much better. I had hoped it would look like it did when it was brand new, but maybe the fibers got frayed or tangled beyond going back to its silky luster. The stair carpet is fantastic! Just as good as when it was new
